do a general review on any of these broadheads and honestly you find out that they are all sharp and as long as the person can hit what they are pointing out, what ever it hits is going down or bleeding really bad.......

But if you do alot of reading in archery mags or archery hunting mags, alot of the ppros are using the montec or Shuttle-T.

I have several friends that use both. I think you really dont benefit more from either or. One is fixed bladed and the other is removable....but they all have there little unique differances.....

But thats my opinion.......oh and i would pick the montec probably also....and if you ever have problems changing your sight after switching from field tips to broadheads....go shuttle-T.

but then again........ :twocents:

good luck finding something that works for yah though.....

After reading Wapitihunters testimony on the G-5  Strikers it makes me want to switch also. No one plans to shoot a bull through the front shoulders but chit happens and it would be nice to shoot a broadhead that would hold up and perform under extreme conditions.

Yeah but the reason Wapitihunters G5 passed through both shoulders is because he shoot like a bow with like a 200lb draw. Hell with a 200lb draw that sucker will penetrate and Abrams tank.  :chuckle:

I have used Interlock 125 and those are crap! broken or dented blades mushroomed Ferrel's. I tried Thunderhead 100 last year and had a problem with them shooting low and left as well as in consistant groups.

I'm pulled in three directions this year. Slick trick or Shuttle -T  or the Atom. It's another topic but thinking of going to balder vanes or the FOB.
God Bless,
Scott
