wenaha east tag holder?

Looking to see if the 2nd tag holder is on here. My buddy drew a tag and is looking to make contact with the other guy.

Well if you buddy wants some info on where there were a ton of elk last year in that unit, tell him to PM me.  I got a few pictures :)

I will be in mountainview next door during archery season if you need a pack out buddy or somewhere to stop by for story time.
