That really is great. People like you keep the hunting tradition strong!   Good like finding your spike bull!

Hope you didn't get taken advantage of Yotesnmore...You all good? Get busy at work?

Busy with a few people to help already and needing to put in work for my grandfathers hunt in Spokane so I won't be a lot of help now . No way to get taken advantage of when you're just helpin! I think I take advantage of people needing help. It makes me so damn happy to help that I may get more excited than them 😂

Glad all is well, good luck this season!
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!

Good news today! I get to hunt with my muzzle loader quality cow tag. DNR lands reopening tomorrow.

Great to hear! Hope you fill your tag! What dates?

I'm over in cowiche hunting the early any bull permit. I'm seeing elk but the biggest bill do far is a six point that I would say should be a satellite bull. He is with a lot of cows but there has not been any sign of a bigger bull around. Some bugling going on but definitely not a rut fest.
Its pretty warm now in the middle of the day so waiting till afternoon for another round.

Keep after it, you should find a nice one! Question for ya, are camps allowed or is it day use only?

Last time I looked at DNR Facebook it said because if coronavirus and Yakima county still in phase 1, no camping allowed   :bash:
I will say I have seen one camper on state land and another camp set up on state forest, but it was way up and they may not get checked by anybody.

Yotesnmore and I had a fun evening last night watching some elk. Still haven't found a bull I am ready to put the tag on, but having a great time. Only two days left.

Congrats,  hope to see a picture soon. Up here now with my cow tag, saw a little one last night but no shot. Have seen 3 this morning with no shot  :bash:
Could have shot this guy at 25 yards about 30 minutes ago...  Ok, gotta put my phone away and hunt.
