Early Archery Blacktail
« on: October 06, 2020, 11:17:48 PM »
I was lucky enough to fill my deer tag this Sept on a good 3pt blacktail.  After 9 days of grinding it out one finally showed himself in the daylight.  20 yard shot and the RAD broadhead did the rest.

Congrats. Is that a Hoyt bow?

Thanks, dandy.  Looks like your draw length is off the charts and it works!

I have never hunted BT, and it’s unlikely I ever will, but those big bucks sure are cool looking. They appear to be super muscular and their faces have an angry look to them.

Awesome deer!
