Flew over Green mountain today in a Bell 407 helicopter for my birthday present amongst other locations in the area. I was trying to spot a bear but it was late in the day. It’s a very popular area to see bears, lots of wild blueberries up there. Be prepared to come across the usual non hunter types. Also spotted a fresh wildfire, from the night before lightning, trying to take off a ridge over. One of the best birthday gifts ever.

I believe the one th OP is referring to is accessed off of Mt. Loop about 8 miles east of Granite. I think the one you are referring to is North East of Darington up off of the Suiattle River Rd.
I have been on those roads plenty of times over the years and would not trust leaving a vehicle parked anywhere there.Last winter a friend parked his truck there while riding in his brothers Jeep, he came back to his truck shot up
I can tell you that i have a repeater site on Green Mt above Verlot and 7 out of the last 10 years I replaced solar panels, antennas and coax from being shot up.Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk
