I'm not gonna argue what's state land and what's not. Still a bunch of horse $#&! ,there was a time not long ago that they never closed state lands just enforced burn bans, put up signs a camp sites and roads about no campfire or target shooting, and enforced some of the rules for fire season ECT.
Now it's let's pull the closed lever.Theres lots of places that you need that stupid discover pass just to go fishing .But hay let's take away access that you paid for.

Curious if state land is closed yet?

I'm confused now as to what the discrepancy actually is. But the above quote is the original post, and the answer would be no, all state land is not closed. But DNR land, whether you want to call it state land or not, IS closed east of the Cascades. Does that answer the question?
