Buckmark Barrel swapout
« on: October 26, 2020, 11:35:20 AM »
Thinking of swapping out a buckmark barrel and I have a couple questions.

1.  Are they model specific, or will any buckmark barrel work on any buckmark pistol?  (The one in question was made in 2008)
2.  Is it just a matter of taking out the set screws and swapping out the barrel?  (i.e. any headspacing considerations, etc?)

Anything else to consider?

I beleive they are the same as the Ruger Mark series and 10/22s . Just pick the one you want and install it .

Mine came with a slabside barrel and the guy that bought it said it was a perfect fit for his. I installed a tactical solutions 4” threaded barrel which consisted of 2 top strap Allen screws if I remember correctly.
