Idaho license fading on paper for some people.How to resolve

I was wondering what MT did with their stocks of bad paper and ink when the went to the new system.   :chuckle:

Happened in 2018 as well. That heat printed stock seems to be prone to issues. Had to same issue with a few of my WA tags, though not to the ID level.

My wa licenses fade pretty bad too
