We had a successful opening morning. My brother shot the bigger buck while I shot the smaller. It was the first time I took my son so the size did not matter all that much. We (buddy) ended up getting another buck on sunday too.

Looks like a shooter to me! Good job! On my wife's Facebook she's been showing me all the girls are shooting deer and the boys aren't! C'mon guys!

Opening morning was not what we expected.  With hunters everywhere, I was surprised to find this buck bedded between multiple different groups of hunters.  After sneaking in from a 1000 yards out getting to 400 and missing, he came running torwards me.  I finally got him at 250 broadside and he rolled all the way to the bottom.  I one tripped him out solo as my buddy drove the truck to the bottom to pick me up.
A bad day out hunting is better than a good day at work!

I had a second deer tag this year and a multi-season tag. Filled the doe tag in September and found a nice fat blacktail yesterday

Little Pathfinder Opening Day, 355 yards. One shot, DRT.
