Open on the west side, closed east side. So if you're in Spokane, it's closed. National Forest is still open. Actually so is WDFW state land. Not sure why. But I've only seen that DNR land on the east side is closed.

onx shows a very distinct difference between natural re4source land and washington state land so washington state land is open as of now

Dnr land (department of natural resources) IS state land, and dnr land is closed.  If you continue to argue this, youre either willfully disregarding basic facts to suit your agenda, or youre helplessly stupid.  Either way, best of luck on your endeavors.

You can't go by the way Onx has it listed. That's county information and not all counties are the same. Get yourself some DNR Public Land maps. That might help to clear it up in your head as to what is DNR and what isn't.

Just received an email from Weyerhauser, they just closed their land to recreational use. Kind of throws a wrench in my plans but it didn't surprise me.

Dear Weyerhaeuser Recreational Permit Holders & Lease Holders,

Due to the extreme fire danger, low relative humidity, Red Flag Warnings and multiple fire starts in Washington, Weyerhaeuser will close the following recreational permit and lease areas:  North Cascades - Chelan, Longview - St. Helens, and Columbia River East - Yacolt.  This closure takes effect at 12:01 AM Wednesday, September 9, 2020 and will remain in place until the fire weather forecast improves.  Please do not enter any of the permit or lease areas during this extreme fire danger closure.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Semantics,is dnr state land? Its not owned by the state, and its not gov. by the state.

There is dnr land in every state.

so who owns dnr land?

The people but it is gov. by the Dept of Natural Resources.

Who is the dept. of natural resources? it is a state agency in every state.

DNR PROPERTY MEANS LAND AND WATER OWNED,LICENSED,LEASED,OR DEDICATED UNDER IC 14-31-1 OR UNDER EASEMENT TO THE STATE OR MANAGED BY THE DEPT.

but i don't think anyone should be calling another stupid.especially when it is not so clear.

Its washington state department of natural resources.  Its very clearly state land.  This isnt a vague concept.  Screw other states, here DNR is state owned, period.

Isn't there state land that isn't DNR?  I think DOT has parcels. Thought there were others too.

Yes, for example, WDFW land is stste land.  But op is arguing that DNR land isnt state land, which is nonsense.
