Question on synthetic velevt

Now question being is there any Pope & Young scorers on here that can tell me if i can score him with artifical velvet or not. Taxi says no but someone else said yes he came up with 135 and some change i came up with more closer to 145ish. Thought he would go more but guess my on the hoof scoring is a bit off    .  Doesn't really matter he looks sweet on the wall but just like to know for future reference.

They can be scored with Velvet  , but aren't eligible for book with it .
