2020 Washington Roosevelt Herd BullMy first elkHe had 3 cows with him. I was solo and called him close before his cows called my bluff. I charged in using the bull calling cows bugle which enraged him forcing him to fight. He circled me and a quick cow call got him to stop and turn broadside for a quick 28 yard shot through the brush for a double lung shot. Couldn't be happier with my first elk.
