With the salt water doing as well as it has been, does anyone think theyll open some of these rivers that dont list a season in the regs? Like the Sky/Snoqualmie for example.

I don't think they will open the Snohomish system but they did increase the limit on the Skagit.

Hatchery coho limit to increase in Skagit River
Action: Increase daily limit of adipose clipped hatchery coho in areas of the mainstem Skagit River open to coho fishing.
Effective date: Immediately through Oct. 31.
Species affected: Coho
Location: Skagit River (Skagit Co.) from the mouth to the Cascade River Road bridge in Marblemount open to fishing for coho salmon.
Rule: Salmon daily limit 2, plus 2 additional hatchery coho may be retained. Min. size 12". Release Chinook and chum.
Reason for action: Co-manager test fisheries in the Skagit River indicate coho are returning to the Skagit River in greater abundance than forecasted preseason.
Additional Information: Anglers are reminded that fishing is closed from the Hwy. 9 Bridge to the Baker River from 12 a.m. Oct. 7 until 2 p.m. Oct. 9.
