How many points would you put on each side based on the three photos? He is located in a 3 point min area, not that it should influence your count!

It qualifies as a spike if that's what you are looking for, but you can count points below the ears as antler points

Atleast a 2x2 likely 3 countable points on its right. They are pretty liberal on what’s a point.
