I bought my tags and special draws online last night.  :whoo:...... now I just have to apply for my ghost points  :cryriver:
"Right now, I am thinking that If my grandmother was here, she would be lecturing me about how there are poor people in Africa, that would just love to have a Ruger, I would just say "Great, granny, lets just ship all the Rugers to Africa!"

My state of residence is still WA at my arlington address.  if It was out of state it would have been $800  :o

I thought that if your were in the armed services you were allowe to claim duel residency in 2 states?  If you are shipped over seas I don;t see why they would have to pay non resident fees?

When I was in the Army, I was able to buy resident tags in both WA and Georgia.  :IBCOOL:
