My state of residence is still WA at my arlington address.  if It was out of state it would have been $800

I thought that if your were in the armed services you were allowe to claim duel residency in 2 states?  If you are shipped over seas I don;t see why they would have to pay non resident fees?

is it true that for the first month you can't walk out side without covering your eyes from the bright sand and sun?

The eye protection they issue you will be your new sunglasses. It gets bright outside but not that bright. But, it's bright enough to wear your shades all day.
