What do u think the violation would be called if a guy had a ebike on Hancock land and got sighted by wdfw or security?
A violation of landowner's regs can be charged under criminal trespass 2nd degree. Same offense as if you entered the land without a permit at all.

And if riding an ebike is trespassing, then if you actually got an animal while in there on an e bike would it not be unlawful removal of wildlife?  Hunting while trespassing, big game violation, lose hunting rights?

Your animal would almost certainly be seized by WDFW. I’m sure you could pay $5-10k in legal fees to get it back. Personally I am glad to see E-bikes (might as well be dirt bikes) get cited and charged with trespassing.

I've had a few foresters leave notes on my truck saying thank you for following access rules.
Also have talked to a few in person behind the gates that have gave me there card and said if I see people breaking access rules to give them a call or email.
They where very professional and very nice people to talk too when you follow the rules. :dunno:
Not only does the e bike fall under the coopertive road closures with WDFW,it's also a huge liability issues .
Logging truck runs you over ,your e bike catches fire and burns x amount of acres and a few houses,ECT.Im sure there is more.

They need to start enforcement of these rules Alot more fines and confiscate e bike,ATV,SXS, I'm sure if your bike may be confiscated you would think twice before riding back there.
