Interesting topic, when we had our dog flown from Washington to Oklahoma in January 2015, only United would do it. And they had to fly the southern route down through LA, then on to Oklahoma. That flight cost 4X what my wife's ticket cost.
Good luck, I hope you find something reasonable.

United has suspended pet travel due to COVID.  I have one company with a quote for $500 from Ohio to Coeur d'Alene, ID.  I could do a round trip flight for $326.  But then it's $50 for the vet check and another $75 for a kennel and $125 for the pup to fly back.

That is better than we paid in 2015.
Ours came $625 if I remember right.

I know a guy that might be able to help. Worst case, he'll know someone. I sent him a message.

Heck for the price of those tickets I'd almost be willing to drive  it myself as long as it isn't going  to NY.

I believe Alaska would fly the dog if it wasn't for the 'rona. They'll fly an XL dog crate with rabbits in it for $100.00 and I don't believe it has to be accompanied by anyone.
People do this for the national convention every year. Don't laugh at the flying rabbits part. It's big business. :chuckle:

He used to be a hound hunter, lots of people know him and have used him and were satisfied. No matter who you get to haul your dog, I recommend having photos taken before the dog leaves so you can verify you get the same dog. Google says there is a facebook page for him but it wouldn't load for me.
