Elk Unit 4601
«

My Dad Draw a cow tag for Elk unit 4601 North Bend. It did some scout Oct 7-8th and its a lot of private land so I'm looking for any help. My Dad had knee replacement surgery 9 months ago so he can't move all that well yet.
thanks

Nice to have a chance to hunt with your old man! I hear it is mostly private, never been, but good luck. Hopefully you get a little in site

Lots of private land in 460 and access to public land can also be an issue. More public land towards the cascade range, not sure how accessible though. Enjoy hunting with your dad

thanks Guy
Not sure how much longer my Dad will be able to hunt. All the boys are going along for this hunt and that is a first .

I'd work through the Sheriff and/or local grange for sympathetic landowners. Those elk piss a lot of people off.
