Any Dawson Precision customers in here?
« on: October 21, 2020, 01:25:14 PM »
Hey gang, after reading rave reviews of this company on gun websites, I just purchased some fiber-optic sights for my carry piece from these guys (long overdue). After being shocked by TruGlo pricing, I did a little internet searching and found these guys with similar products at about 1/2 the price. Has anyone used them? What do you think about their stuff?

I have used a lot of Dawson stuff over the years, multiple sights too.  They are well made, no problems at all, great to do business with.  They mainly cater to the competition shooting crowd.  I have used my sights very hard in competition shooting tens of thousands of rounds, bouncing off hard surface ports, etc., and never had a problem.  The FO (Fiber Optic) will break eventually but they usually send you spare when you buy a sight set, you just cut to length and heat one end up with a lighter and your done.

I've bought from them in the past. Their fiber optic rods are great quality and bright.
