 I can’t say I’m surprised.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

Well, this sure isnt going to help the wdfw / wolf / public relationship where wolves actually live.  You want people embracing SSS?  cause thats what youre gonna get.

Their mission includes sustainable fish and wildlife opportunities. I guess if you keep reducing opportunities its easier to sustain the few that remain  :dunno:

This really isn't much of a change, the only difference from WDFW past actions, is they are saying it out loud now.

Livestock predation is about the only way they "count" wolves, the illegal wolf introduction into ID, MT and Wyoming was eligible for delisting in 5-6 years, WA now has at least 18 years of wolves, just how long will it take for WA to finish up on wolf recovery?

When there is nothing left to hunt? Notice WDFW never have much to say about the decimation or the impact wolves have on the ungulates, and if they do it's utter BS.

Need to vote in a new governor and overhaul WDFW!!!

What will really hurt is when they implement this for DNR Land.

"Wolf activity on or within 1 mile of the allotment also could lead to removing cattle, according to the proposal."

Watching WDFW over the years, I would imagine "wolf activity" will be prioritize on allotments.

Notice there is never any concern about the ungulates, so far all their attention has been on how to screw ranchers etc. using their fake endangered wolves.. :bash: :bash:

Sooo... wolves are killing livestock, and the answer is to further reduce their natural prey base?  Whose idea was this?

Wolf incrementalism:  WDFW land, DNR, NF, BLM (real one), and finally private.  Those nasty cows produce methane you know
