Alternate goat locations I guess. I'm going along with a tagholder this weekend. Hoping someone knows about a nice billy tied to a tree somewhere.

I spent all my time on the west side of the unit when I had my tag, and now that they split it in half, this guy is limited to the east side and I know nothing about over there. He's done his homework, scouted and has hunted a bunch already, but a little more info never hurts.
Thank you!

Thanks to everyone for the advice and tips. We ended up making a day trip today. Found a few women and children and a group of 3 that might have been billies but were too far away to tell for sure.

Just wanted to follow up on this and say thanks to all the folks who shared advice or input.  The tag holder was able to locate and kill a nice Billy on 10/31. He was 7.5 years old and 9.5” long.  Only slightly beat up after a 300’ fall down one of the cliffs.

Awesome goat! Congrats to the lucky hunter!
