Pig it's whats for dinner
« on: April 17, 2009, 07:04:48 AM »
Hey people, yesterday was a beautiful day for a good smoke, so I did. Tried some new things on my rubs just to change it up a little.

1c dark brown sugar not packed

1tbs coarse kosher salt

1 tbs dried chopped onion

3/4tbs granulated onion

1tbs granulated garlic

1tbs coriander

1tbs cumin

1tbs chipotle

1tbs fresh cbp

1/4 tsp celery seed

Not bad but will add 1 tbs more of chipotle, and corriander. They smoked for about 6 1/2hrs @225 with pecan alittle apple and spritzed with aj. The sauce is  KC master peice honey with about 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of aj. Added the last hour.

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.
