NE Washington Bull elk
«
on:
November 07, 2020, 11:12:45 AM »
I got this bull opening morning of modern rifle season in NE Washington. I encountered a group of cow and calves in an adjacent drainage to where I shot the bull. This is an area with few elk, so I count myself lucky that they were still in the general area of my pre season scouting. It was a fun hunt.

CONGRATULATIONS!
That is a really cool looking rack.
Can you post more pics from different angles?
That might be the best looking 4x5 elk I've ever seen. LOVE those long tines!

Turns out that you can find that grass in NE units. Congrats on the bull, great job.
On A side note, some dip-chits on here flamed me for calling one of my bucks a "bench leg" because there was sagbrush in the pic. A lot of times they have no clue what they're talking about!

Here’s another angle of antlers of the bull.
Thanks for positive replies, including your original reply huntnfmly.
(Regarding the negative responses saying the bull isn’t from NE Washington, I don’t take those to heart.)
