Unusual deer skull

Found this in the field the other day.  Thought it was interesting

yeah, I bet those antlers made it hard to eat once they came in - They also blocked a good deal of vision making him more susceptible to predation I would imagine.

Cool find. Looking at the bases it looks like maybe he made it to his third year even with that deformity.

As unlucky as having antlers like that would be, it could've been worse if he had eye guards!
