I loved the uniqueness of it, and then unfortunately the taxidermist “fixed” it. Now it looks like a normal ear in the mount and I was definitely disappointed in that. I also have a buck with about 4in of ear missing. Exactly what the Taxidermist told me. Some of these old bucks will stay up high too long a couple of years and there ears freeze off.
