Any advice would be awesome!

Any advice for a last minute hunt, am going in to check some clearcuts any advice on this late in the season? Literally my second time out this year due to work and the new addition to the family!! Yes I have read through the site but nothing really this late in the season... thanks if anyone has any advice in advance!!
