A solid 3x3 with eyeguards will make P&Y minimum all day, but is extremely difficult to make B&C minimum. Usually you need a good 4x4 with eyeguards to make B&C. Regardless it’s an awesome buck that you should be extremely proud of. I will say 110-115”

I will say 110-115” fyi pope and young is for animals taken with archery equipment. This deer looks to have been taken with a rifle.
Closest to book three that I can think of seeing. I’ve seen three three points that I remember being very memorable. As much as an eyeball pop pin, jaw dropper this guy is, (yes I know he is a Muley), he probably would still fall short.
I wouldn't be concerned myself about what he scores. Its a very nice buck. Not a book buck but a nice one just the same. People get too wrapped up in scores instead of just being happy with the animal and meat.
