We stuffed ours just like a JennyO, for our thanksgiving dinner, and it was fantastic. Great eating.

If anyone starts a thread asking how NOT to cook your turkey, just let me know I'm an expert. I tried smoking one a while back, and when I opened up the smoker door to serve it, it looked like it had been struck by lightning.
I'll be watching this thread, for sure.

My preferred method:
(Pluck if you bake or deep fat fry)
I inject with 1 to 2 oz Marinade per pound, sprinkle inside and out with Cajun seasoning, and deep fat fry at 340-350 degrees for 3-1/2 minutes per pound. What's fun is to inject one kind of marinade on one half the bird and a differnt marindae on the other half.

Skin the bird and clean it like you would do a duck breast (but also take the leg meat). Clean it and make sure you cut off all the fatty parts leaving only perfect meat. Cut up into small bit-size pieces and buy what ever your preference of marinade you like (I used creamy garlic and marinated it for 24 hours). Then cut up onion, peppers, mushrooms and whatever else you like and make kabobs on the barbequer. Make sure you smear the same marinade on the veggies before you put on the grill. Enjoy.

Pluck and place in an oven bag with stuffing (heavy on the chopped onions for flavor).
I like the sound of the sausage and bacon (...bacon..mmmm
....), I may try that...

I normally deep fry them but I had this years bird smoked. It really turned out good. We had turkey club sammiches last night for dinner.
If I get #2 it'll be a toss up. Not sure if I'll deep fry, or smoke.
