That's a .303 British Enfield Martini that has been restocked and re-barreled... Personally I wouldn't shoot it with off the shelf 45-70 until you got it checked out.... probably ok, but I'm chicken *censored*..
Wondering about the rear screw in the second pic if it's in the right position or not.

Definitely custom made. I'd say the name stamped on is the gunsmith who built it.
