MZ whitetail and coyote this morning
« on: November 25, 2020, 06:15:35 PM »
I only had a couple hours to get out this morning.  While I was walking into a spot I saw a pair of coyotes on the trail.  I have a hard time passing on a yote, even if it blows a deer hunt.  I lip squeaked the male into 30 yards and got him.  I was only a few hundred yards from the spot I wanted to hunt, but I slipped into position as planned and killed the deer within 3 minutes. I bleated 3x and just touched the antlers together and he came jogging in to 40 yards.

Pretty satisfied with the morning!

I’d expect this from a biologist every time they went out.

Fun day.

Good work man! I can't pass a coyote either. Not in me to let them walk
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
