opinions on reloading components

Has anyone used Scharch Mfg. Inc. components for reloading.  The prices seem pretty good so I'm hoping someone has some good things to say about them.

I can't remember how I found them.  Probably just stumbled on the website while surfing.  It was a while ago.  They have 1000 rounds of .223 FMJ 55gr. with 1000 once fired deprimed military brass sized, trimmed etc. for $219.00.  Seems pretty good. Only problem is I can't find primers  so I'm holding off purchasing. Unless of coarse someone will sell me some primers.  Here the site.  http://www.scharch.com/index.php
