Whats the latest update from the start of the new year. Anyone getting out. I was out a few days ago and got a few pounds on a slack low. Wasn't read hot but consistent hear and there through the evening. Dialed new light system for it with a 500 watt flood led light. As well as a new blacklight for glowing jigs. Pretty sweet setup that is working out well.
Seattle area still producing pretty solid.
Anyone need any jigs feel free to reach out to me.

Great to hear. I have some new jigs coming that I can't wait to put in the water. They should be killer for mid and top jigs.

I used your heavy glow/pink on the bottom, and one of the green with red stripe around the middle 12” above. It was a killer setup and resulted in several “triples”, two on bottom jig and one on top jig.

Very nice. That's a great combo. I'll post pics when I finish with the new batches that I'm working on. Ive got new color combos in the thin upper jig that you are referring to that are getting me excited.. stronger bodies too. Can't wait to see the end result. We went to Edmonds recently too. Although there weren't a ton of squid that day I did well. Our lighting was great and I was pulling about an 8-1 ratio compared to others so it felt good.

Oh yeah. One more coat on these and they will be added to the finished pile. Another 56 for the  unweighted stock. And added a few weighted in the box too.

Its a pretty easy fishery. Go to any local pier in puget sound. Some popular ones are well known. But go near someone with some light and jig a few jigs near the bottom. You will catch on quickly.

Last night fishing was a bit on the slow side to say the least for Edmonds Pier. There were some schools pushing through and showing themselves but there were quite a few seals chasing them down all evening. When the seals would leave for a few the squid would turn on. My new jigs were on fire during those times. Pretty happy with the success on those as well as the quality and durability of the thinner profile compared to others I've purchased in years past. Definitely getting good results with the product I'm producing and can't wait till next season. Still have plenty boxed up ready to go but next season I should have a crazy amount ready for everyone. Good eats everyone.

We have been going in the evenings, only thing we look for is wind and rain, and don’t go if either are forecast.
