Approaching 600k original miles on one of my Fords, drive it almost daily….ymmv! :dunno:
How much maintenance has been  done to get it to 600,000?

Ask him what he thinks about 7.4L Powr Strokes.
It's an honest question,  if it's made it that far with just minor maintenance that would be incredible.

Totally agree.

I really wasn't being facetious.

I just know he loves that rig.
I'd be mighty proud of the mileage too, if it were mine.

Is it the same 2.7 that they started putting in F-150s in 2015?

It's sort of a Gen 2, the same only different.

How is Gen 1 reliability?

Jim dandy.

I've seen a few and IMO they look like every other SUV on the road. Seems to me like they slapped a venerable name on their latest SUV.

cause it is... was built right off the crossover.

Roughly $600k in maintenance costs?

 :chuckle:

I’m kidding, that’s an impressive run for that rig, Phool.

Didn't read this thread but the other day my bro in law bought his wife the new bronco, the roush edition. It's beautiful.  He looked up the msrp on it, it was at the dealership for people to test drive and check out but not for sale at the time.  He saw the msrp was around 54,000, they were asking 80,000.  He told them what it was really worth and got it out the door 20K cheaper!!!  I've never hear of a dealer going down that much!!!  He's the most honest person in the world so I know it's not BS.  Crazy!  Nice looking rig!

So he paid $60K for a vehicle MSRP'ed at $54K  :yike:

Sounds like a salesman/dealer made out. :dunno:

It's a Bronco.
I've seen so many of them that were obviously ordered for consignment elsewhere. Park Place had 3 of them a couple months ago. $40k over MSRP. They had less than 1k miles a piece on them.
Then Ford made a rule that dealers couldn't sell one to anyone unless they had a reservation number because dealers were creating fake orders for them. They'd receive the vehicle, then cancel the order and put the Bronco on the lot with a $10k or more second sticker on them. $6k over MSRP for a Bronco at this point is child's play :chuckle:
Happy to report that we've only sold them to pre-order customers and only at MSRP.

Not sure if you two are involved in the same conversation but this might help...https://pickuptrucktalk.com/2021/05/ford-bronco-and-bronco-sport-are-not-the-same-vehicle-at-all/

Local dealer has a new Bronco Raptor they just got in so I had the opportunity to look it all over.  It definitely has a cool looking stance to it and sitting next to a regular Bronco the Bronco Raptor is obvious but no friggen way was it 40 grand over MSRP cool.  I only stopped to look at it so the crazy 40K over MSRP asking price didn't matter to me and I understand these things are very limited production but 40 over MSRP seems more than a little crazy to me.

The “Everglades” edition is straight up competition to the best equipped Rubicon.

And I have to admit (though I hate to admit ) Ford did it right with releasing a ton of available accessories as soon as the Bronco came out.

We sold an available one the other day for $20k over MSRP in less than one day. FIRST person they called came and bought it.

I want to know where these people work that have zero problem overpaying by 40k for an item that depreciates the moment you sign the papers! :yike:
