I like my BSG so much I am putting one in the kitchen in my other house I am restoring. I am in the process of making the exhaust hood now. Going completely commercial 3 compartment stainless sink and stainless counters.

That looks excellent. Hash and fried eggs is one of my favorites. The only problem is I will eat the whole can of hash because it cooks down a lot (I like it crispy) and then I swell up a bit from all the salt intake!

Just had this again, yesterday. I've cut back from two eggs, two toast, and most of a can, as the boys grow older and eat more, and to avoid the swelling.

Great meal, and when i get a new piece of cast that needs seasoning, bacon, hash and eggs play a big part.

Been seeing a lot nowadays about the Blackstone. Is it really worth the hype? Seriously wondering because it'd be a nice addition to the family if so. I enjoy my Mojoe griddle, but sometimes it can be a pit of a pain to set just right.

I love my 36” Lots of good food can be cooked at once. With only minimal mess. Check out youtube to see what people are cooking and saying. 😉🥃🇺🇸
