I'm over it like the title says
Good year for deer hunting in my house.
But hopefully most the work is behind me now.

I'm very grateful for the year we had.And hunting with my son all deer season.Im over it and ready for the work to begin next year.And be done this year,working full time,deer season work,has left little time for predator hunting ,hopeing cougar stays open after the 1st.

I may write up the story behind these bucks later on .
But will say public land,walk in,drag out type hunts my son and I.
That's batch two of summer sausage one regular,and one with extra garlic powder and green olive

How do you like the oven vs a smoker for the summer sausage? Oven seems way easier and I have a bunch I need to do.
