half butt decoys.... i got a pair.... been meaning to hook them up to a jerk cord but just one of those projects ive never gotten to

however i got a new hunting spot on moving water so what im wondering, is if youd use a half butt decoy on moving water....

do ducks do the butt wiggle dive thing in moving water? or should i just keep that at home and save it for shallow ponds and stuff

Wouldn't it be hard to get them to work right in moving water?      :dunno: :dunno: :dunno:

Ducks usually don’t go butt up in moving water because that’s not where the food grows. But I’m sure they wouldn’t care.

I think the only problem you might have is they are square on the bottom and would catch a bunch of current and need more weight to hold them than a regular floater.
