Waterfowl ammo shortage
« on: December 31, 2020, 03:48:31 PM »
Where are guys finding shotgun shells these days? Every dang store in the Wenatchee valley is sold out of all 12 gauge 3” shells. Most online retailers are out of stock as well. I am down to my last box and with the way I shoot, that should be good for a duck or two

Sounds like your going to have to be a little more selective on your shots!

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

What shortage, I roll my own. But I do have close too two cases of factory. My daughter found 4 boxes of 3” #1s for $20 at a garage sale.

The world breaks everyone and afterward many are strong in the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially. If you are none of these you can be sure it will kill you too but there will be no special hurry.

Rogers Sporting Goods and Macks Prairie Wings online. They're usually in stock.
Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their enemies in the gate. - Psalm 127:3-5

Glad you found some, not sure why Rogers is showing out of stock for you. They have tons of 3” stuff in stock.

I have a spare case of 3" #2 Hevisteel. I'd sell them for what I paid for them. I am in Shelton.

I am in Olympia and have a decent mixture of 12 gauge steel shot I could part with. I’d have to look to see what shot sizes I have, but it’s mostly, if not all, 3”.
