I have taxidermy I need to get rid of

I have alot of mounts that I did mostly and can't sell them because they are waterfowl, what can I do with them? Moving and dont' want to take big/bulky/fragile stuff

Call your local WDFW. They like dead stuff hanging from the ceiling.

some are not "quality" as I did myself way back when and some got ruffed up from moving so much

Lacking a permit to mount waterfowl,  your only option is to donate or trash them.

You may already be on the hook for mounting your own migratory waterfowl without a permit.   I'm not aware of an exemption for diy mounts??

You can mount your own, just not for profit. And they cannot be sold. I would contact the LE and ask how to gift them.

no offense but you started the dispute here.you say you have some damaged some good all done by you that you have not been able to get rid of yet.

Are we missing something?now you are talking about legal to do yourself as long as you dont sell blah blah blah.

seems if you sold any so far you have already broke the law.

if you can't give them away because no one wants them and you dont want to move with them then...................throw them away.
