Found something out duck hunting.

Our group found something yesterday out duck hunting in the Tri-Cities. Trying to find the owner so it can be returned. it powers up and has an acccess code. PM me and tell me where and when you lost it and we can meet. You'll have to be able to open it before we will return it.
