Hey Jingles, great looking meat on that fish! Just curious - Okanogan County Lake?

Yes one of the local Lakes hope you can understand not getting real specific as to which one had the whole lake to myself yesterday instead of needing a reservation to drill a hole like needed on a couple of them

  How'd you do?

Looks like the type of pic Skip Knowles used to put in Fishing and Hunting news. Never forget the time he had his chick in a bikini holding some big fish. I doubt there are any chicks in bikinis ice fishing.

Welcome to the world of Hardwater fishing but be careful you'll get hooked(pun intended)
Next will be a flasher, an ice shelter and an adapter for your auger that fits your portable drill.
Nice fish and hope you get some of those Jumbo's

:chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: Already have the flasher- Got the ice kit for my Garmin EchoMap
Got the hand auger and made a adapter to convert it to power from my drill. $10 worth of all thread and an old frisbee golf disc and it's cherry!

Also, i have 3 Jaw Jackers and just finished up making two DIY jigging bases for them. So, I am pretty well vested at this point LOL.

That is awesome! I am heading back there on the 16th-20th of next month.

We did pretty good considering we had no idea what we were doing. We got several perch over 2lbs and had a blast. I lost a huge trout at the hole as well. What I learned was that you need to move a lot until you find fish. You will want some type of 4 wheeler or sled for sure. The wind at the launch is not a good indication of what it is out on the ice. Learned that the hard way. the guys at Tackle Toms are really nice and i found them to be helpful and seemingly honest.
