Bag of corn, 10/22 and banana clip!
Best one yet.
Sometimes I just use a rock or snowballs to get them out of my yard. :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

But really my son uses a Mossberg 20 gauge pump full choke ,with 3in Winchester Turkey loads. Its a hand me down shotgun ,from my uncle that hunted Alot.Which I have great respect for ,as my dad worked out of town Alot. This uncle picked me up and took me deer hunting on opening day.First time ever hunting with his own kids and treated me as I was his own.

12 beretta 3.5” with 6’s. And a pattern master extended range choke. Haven't wounded anything yet.. if I was rich I would still have a 3.5” semi 12.

just setup an affinity 3 in 20 ga with a sumtoy/vortex red dot .  If you are going this route, i had issues with sighting in . Maxed out the "up" adjustment on red dot and still shot way low. My "fix" was to shim the sumtoy base mount between base mount and red dot in rear, 3 thicknesses of pepsi can shim was required! base mount cut was way off.. I sent a message to sumtoy. Shoots great now with  adjustability restored.. 40 yd TSS 9 pattern with a indian creek .562 is going to be deadly!

Mossberg 500 20ga pump, hoping the Indian Creek .555 choke tube shows up today, and topped with a Red Dot.

Curious as to what you think on the IC. I've been contemplating one for the gals 20 guage. Hard for me to not just put a Carlson's Longbeard on. I've had great patterns with those. Will yours be the TSS you use?

With the responses so far, I feel kinda ashamed to admit I use a single shot break action 10gauge, with 3.5" #6's.  Gun by New England Arms, called the turkey pardner. Got it as my bro's best man bachelor party gift.  Heavy as sin, but puts them down every time!  By far the highest shot to kill ratio of any gun I own....

I just got the IC choke tube tonight in the mail, now wait for it to quit raining to test it out. I have seen some impressive patterns with the TSS 9’s and Indian Creek chokes so we will see how it goes. I have been using a Carlson’s .575 with ok performance the IC is .555

I just use my same over/under I hunt other birds with.
It's some cheap Italian knock off.

The turkeys don't seem to mind.

I prefer my recurve or longbow and Magnus bullheads! But for shotguns it’s a bone stock Stevens 320 for me! I use it for coyotes and it’ll drop a turkey too.
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short.

Amen
