Two and both from this year.

My son's first greenhead (I shot, but he was in the blind with me), and one of the last hunts for my 12-year-old lab. My oldest son had been begging me to go duck hunting, so I bought him the gear and secured some private land permission to hunt. My old dog has thousands of retrieves for me, but this season is his last. Tough to watch a dog with so much fire be limited physically, he survived testicular cancer this summer (was neutered at 11-years-old) and probably won't make it through this summer. Getting him (my dog) out to grab a few more birds and watch in all with son was an experience I won't ever forget.

Second, my largest blacktail buck-to-date. This was the first buck I saw all season and I was able to arrow him at 7 yards on the ground. I've made peace with the fact it may take me a lifetime (if ever) to top this Washington buck with a bow... but I will damn sure try!

***EDIT***
If I had to choose, the duck with my son and dog would be the #1 all-time for me.

This is from when my son was three, We stalked this buck for about 3/4 of a mile. Half of that stalk I had my rifle in one hand and my son in the other carrying him. When I was about half way out to the buck, I had some other guys pull up on the road and watch. Soon I looked back seen them come hurring out towards the buck that I was already halfway to,  they must have figured since I was carrying my kid they could pass me from behind and get the buck. Well they spooked the buck, and I ran over the hill and shot it :chuckle:

It was a great day for myself and my son

Some great animals taken out there.  No wonder I can never find anything.

My biggest turkey so far, just under 23 lbs. I had my dad sitting with me when this guy flew down. He had one broken wing feather that made him sound like a jet when he sailed over us. He had about 15 hens with him, but I was able to call him in close enough to get a shot. I think my dad was more excited than I was. My dad passed a few years later, so it is a great memory and trophy to me.
