Yes it is a sticker. He is safe unless you draw a special permit for the Quilomine. Even then he is on private property of a "friend of a friend" and I can't even get permission to hunt out there. I saw one of his offspring about a week ago, and at about 18 months he was already as wide as his ears and had 2 points. I am almost positive he is only 18 months because he is just over half the size of all the does he was trying to breed. He was impressive either way.
