Hal has lots of info on his website tungstensupershots. And he's great to work with on ordering TSS from. He has a gentlemen's agreement when you buy TSS from him, he'll provide you the pressure-tested load data you need as long as you don't share it. As he doesn't sell the data, but spent alot of money and time developing the loads and pressure testing them.

https://www.ballisticproducts.com/00bsts.pdfThe most common recipe I use is their Load ID 180911-10623. I use it for all bird hunting pretty much, with #7 shot. I load TSS18 from #9 up to 1B buckshot (bear loads). And I have a large pile of recipes from Hal. But that BPI recipe is my favorite. I do have a 3" load from Hal that I use sometimes for turkey and for my bear loads. I've never bothered trying that 3.5" TSS recipe as it just seems to be overkill to me.
From a cost perspective.....on waterfowl I've learned that I take less stupid shots than I did with steel. And I get far fewer cripples (more shot and better penetration really does help). Loading for skeet/practice isn't really economical so I always just use factory target rounds for most of the practice. But for hunting rounds I mostly shoot TSS at everything these days (I still have a pile of steel loads that I try to shoot some of every year as well). TSS18 is more expensive, but I get less cripples and take less stupid shots.....so for me it's only "slightly" more expensive in the aggregate. I just use my waterfowl TSS loads for turkey and it works fine. I just change out my chokes for a more restrictive one for turkey.
Once you get into the TSS community over on tungstensupersports and the other websites you'll find the duplexed load data, etc. I chose not to mess with duplexing. 7/8 oz loads of #7 work on everything with wings......#1B kills everything on 4 legs. In addition to Hal's website there are other helpful websites and knowledgeable folks out there. Dave in AZ has lots of good information and research:
