How many more officers do you think will get shot trying to do this?
As if there job isn't hard enough. Tell them to go in and take some guys guns.
Not good for both parties.

I doubt the scotus will touch this since search and seizure laws have been getting more restrictive the last few years as it is.

And even if they by some crazy decision rule for it, most if not all Leo agencies have policy's and procedures in place dictated by local prosecutor's and civil attorneys that are more restrictive..  I don't see anyone in the Leo field jumping up and down for something like this. Recipe for disaster.

SCOTUS has already taken the case. We now await their decision.

Cops can’t search or seize meth, heroin, crack, etc off a person walking down the road but they want to illegally enter someone’s house without a warrant to seize forearms.   What in the Sam hell is going on in our world.

No way SCOTUS entertains this (I hope)

This post may upset many people and may scare the rest but maybe this is what is needed.  My father fought in WW2 for this very reason as I am sure a lot of your fathers did.  I was raised that the Bill of Rights is what our country was founded on,  not what the left wings-dings want!

I guess it time to use the 2nd amendment as Jefferson and the fore fathers believed that how it should be used.  By the use of the common man with the right to bear arms to rid the United States of a tyrannical government.  This is what the 2nd amendment was put in for and what they fought for.
When a government tries to suppress it people unreasonable laws, taxes and suppression and the right to vote out these types of people this is all that is left for the common man to use.

I think you have to 1 be very careful saying stuff like this, especially since we know they are coming for gun owners.

2 insurgent uprisings across the world are only sucessful when whom they attack is very selective. And collateral damage is viewed quite poorly. Look to history. Irish Republican Army, the Basque Seperatist Movement, or any of the South American ones?

How do you fundemenatally do it while still fighting on the right side? In no way am I promoting this activity but many on the right like to think they would fight a just cause.... Something Jorden Peterson stated is very appropriate here. Do no be so arrogant as to think you could not become as cruel as the Nazis.

If anything massive non compliance and peaceful disobedience must be enacted. This will have a cost as the likes of the Oath keepers, Proud Boys, 3%ers and any other group of organized folks are/have been targeted for incarceration.  We dont need more examples that can be written off as right wing wackos like Ruby Ridge, or McVeigh Bombing.

If your blood is boiling i suggest you cool yourself down with cigar and whiskey and do some real thinking.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

I did not  suggest to an armed uprising if you took it that way then my apologies, I meant only that the gun owners stand up and be heard.  The 2nd amendment is a tool the the Founding Fathers gave us to use against an oppressive government.  The current administration believes the ONLY the MILITARY and the POLICE are suppose to have guns of any sort, the common man does not have the right to own firearms.  Does this sound like what the 2nd amendment means?  Unless current Gun owners stand up and be heard by the current administration we will lose the right to own guns!  And when the 2nd amendment is gone along with your firearms, then they will work on removing the others as they see fit.

Biden is not the first President to suggest this.

No, I didn't vote for Biden! Please don't jump on that bandwagon, just pointing out this is not a new perspective coming from the White House.

It is better to be consistently incorrect than inconsistently correct...

Sarcasm: The ability to insult stupid people without them realizing it.

My level of sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity...

Sarcasm makes smart people laugh and stupid people mad.
