Say what ?   In Colorado the top points get the tags, so you know when you will draw but Utah its still luck of the draw, right or is deer different ?

That is an awesome unit I’d definitely consider an outfitter if I drew that unit.

If there is only one NR tag, it is totally random, but if there are multiple NR tags available, half go to the applicants with most points and the rest are random.

Utah has a huge baiting problem. The Henry's have been hit hard with lots of baiting. I foresee a change in their regulations next year.
