Just starting this and have had some minimal results. Gonna stick with it.
Question - Do any of you veteran Keto experts recommend any supplements while on this diet? Fiber supplements?
BHB supplements hasten ketosis.

No supplements at all. You should get everything you need from eating quality food. I'm now eating no plant foods at all. Only meat and eggs. Only exception would be coffee. Feeling great. Down 50 pounds from 6 months ago.

Bobcat --  Let me know if I am getting this right . . .  you eat only meat and eggs?  Have you had any metabolic blood panels since starting this?  Whats your cholesterol(bad cholesterol levels are mainly hereditary but it would be an interesting data point none the less) and BP like?

One cholesterol count is LDL, which is expected to rise over "safe" levels on a keto diet. However, in addition to the LDL level, an LDL particle size measurement should also be part of the bloodwork. A value of <1 size measurement  contraindicates medication for cholesterol. A measurement of >2 would indicate needed meds and this is the most common for non-keto patients who record an LDL of over 100. Most frequently with Keto diets, the particle size is <1 while the LDL measurement may be well over 150. Statins are still contraindicated with the smaller particles. The LDL particle size measurement is a moderately expensive test and may not be covered by all insurance plans. But before you start taking statins, it's a good idea to know it. Statins are not good for you other than controlling cholesterol. They age you prematurely. They're tough on the liver and kidneys, and may, in fact, weaken the heart.

Why intermittent fasting and keto go hand in hand

Heavy keto diet can load you up with more calories than you can use = fat in the blood

Fasting burns it up, cleans out the blood, and burns your own fat.

My cholesterol levels are relatively high but it doesn't matter. Cholesterol isn't an issue. Do some research. There's absolutely zero evidence that high cholesterol levels are unhealthy. In fact, it's likely that higher cholesterol levels are actually healthier. The big issue that people should be concerned with is high blood glucose. That's what causes pretty much all the current health issues people are having. And it's a result of eating too much sugar/carbohydrates. High blood glucose causes diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, strokes, Alzheimer's, dementia, etc. Don't worry about your cholesterol and do not let your doctor put you on medication because you have "high" cholesterol.

High cholesterol is directly linked to heart disease and stroke. I strongly recommend not saying it doesn't matter or is actually good for you.

From a faulty "study" that was done 50 years ago. Your body needs cholesterol. It's a good thing, not a bad thing. Like I said, do some research.

A faulty study?

All those you listed give outdated, and absolutely horrible advice.

I would recommend this book, (Lies My Doctor Told Me) to dispel all the myths perpetuated by the "trusted" sources:

Harvard maybe?

https://www.health.harvard.edu/topics/cholesterol

Outdated? There are literally endless studies on this and I have first hand experience in the family but you can believe what you want. Just preaching it as gospel is not right. Go to your doctor and ask him/her if they want you to get your cholesterol levels as high as possible and tell me what they say.

You really need to stop putting your trust in doctors. All they care about is not doing anything that will get them sued. They put people with diabetes on insulin, which only makes the problem worse. And they put people on medication to lower cholesterol levels, which makes those people more unhealthy. Watch the videos I posted, and get the book by Dr. Ken Berry called Lies My Doctor Told Me.
