Guys,

I don't see a chance in Hades that reloading will be banned in my lifetime.  For starters, the treaty make specific exemption for recreational manufacture in the clause (nearer the beginning):

Quote
RECOGNIZING that states have developed different cultural and historical uses for firearms, and that the purpose of enhancing international cooperation to eradicate illicit transnational trafficking in firearms is not intended to discourage or diminish lawful leisure or recreational activities such as travel or tourism for sport shooting, hunting, and other forms of lawful ownership and use recognized by the States Parties;

(emphasis added)

I have been a life member of the NRA since about 1972, and am not worried about reloading being outlawed.

I am worried that hording and resupply for hostilities in Iraq and Afghanistan will keep me from making my next batch of shells "more months".  That sucks.

Ivar

PS Next chance I get I am buying a bunch of components to reload with... Doh! There goes that hording thing, again. Well, maybe they could stop those wars and bring our servicemen home.
Live all you can: It’s a mistake not to.
