This These threads are new for me. I've never seen someone's disdain for a vehicle manufacturer spread over multiple threads on an unrelated to anything Toyota hunting forum like this before.

I've had a 2006 Tundra for 5 years. It's been the most reliable and adventure worthy vehicle I've ever owned -- not a hiccup at 180k miles.

I'm thinking that these toyota bashing posts and threads are having the opposite effect of their intent.

Funny, I was just thinking that.  I read an article that they sold for $3,995 and still fetch $1,000 if you can find one.  So, the cost for 26 or so years of blissful ownership was only $3,000 - not too shabby!

I'm not sure if they have ball joints though, seemed mostly stamped steel parts loosely fit together.
